I started in the trades at 19, recruited into a franchise painting company where I learned that systems, not talent, are what separate thriving businesses from struggling ones.
I became the first-ever franchisee for Shack Shine, launching the Vancouver franchise and helping create the operations manual by testing every system in my own operation. I built the entire franchisee video training course: filming, editing, and producing the content used across the network.
Then I founded Colour Craft Painting & Franchising, growing it to 4 locations and $8M+ in systemized revenue over 6 years. Every estimating template, every sales script, every hiring process. I built them all from scratch.

So I built one. Over time, I constructed a rental real estate portfolio designed for long-term capital growth and preservation. I learned corporate structuring, holding company structures, and disciplined capital allocation. I went from "successful operator" to "wealth builder."
